General Provisions
The general terms and conditions of sale described below apply to all products sold exclusively through the website www.elindrapainting.com They define the rights and obligations of the parties.
Elindra reserves the right to modify the content and format of these general terms and conditions of sale at any time.

Elindra/the seller is committed to respecting the confidentiality of personal data provided by the customer on the website www.elindrapainting.com and to processing it in accordance with current legislation, particularly the data protection law. The seller only processes and retains data necessary for the proper execution of the order, billing, and delivery. Personal data is only shared with third parties involved in the proper execution of the order and delivery but never for advertising purposes.
Customer data may be used by the following services of Elindra L’Eplattenier:
- Order processing, delivery, and billing
- Notification of sales and upcoming events via invitation emails
- Personalized communication with the customer, including sending newsletters, special offers, and other emails

Order
The ordering process is as follows:
- Selection of products and adding them to the cart
- Browsing the site with the option to add more items or modify items already in the cart
- Confirmation of the cart's contents
- Customer information and recipient address (Name/First Name/Billing Address/Delivery Address/Email/Phone number)
- Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale
- Confirmation of the order
- Payment validation
At each step, the customer can review the order details and total price and correct any errors before confirming the order.
Once the order is validated and paid for, the customer receives an order confirmation by email.
The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a payment dispute or who presents any perceived risk.
Prices
All prices for products listed on the website www.elindrapainting.com are in € (Euro), excluding shipping costs. The delivery charges will be indicated before final validation of the order.
The seller reserves the right to modify prices and fees displayed on the site without notice at any time. However, the products will be invoiced to the customer based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
Payments must be made in € (Euro), regardless of your reference currency.
Special offers, sales, or discounts are only valid until the specified date or while supplies last.
Product Representation
Elindra/the seller agrees to make every effort to ensure the photographic representation of the products offered for sale on the site is as true to reality as possible. However, it is possible that the customer's perception of the products may differ slightly from the actual products themselves.
Details and characteristics (e.g., color, size, etc.) describing each product are approximate. While every effort has been made to accurately reproduce the colors, sizes, and quality of our products, minor variations may occur due to the nature of the products, display mode differences (lighting and photography), or digital screen settings. A customer placing an order should be aware of this possible variation in color, size, or dimensions. Elindra/the seller assumes that all online buyers understand that colors seen on a screen will differ slightly from those of the actual product. The customer cannot demand a refund for these minor discrepancies.

- Shipping & Delivery
Upon receiving your order on the website and confirmation of your payment, your order will be processed as soon as possible. Delivery times may vary between 3 to 10 business days. In case of a longer delivery time, you will be notified, and you will have the option to cancel your order without charge.
Shipping costs are fixed fees based on the delivery address and package weight.
Delivery is free for orders over CHF 50 (Spain).
Products will be sent to the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
VAT must be paid in the destination country. Import restrictions and tariffs of the destination country apply.
Orders leave our premises no later than 5 business days after payment validation. All our products are shipped directly from Spain.
Delivery times may vary between 3 and 10 business days. In case of a longer delay, we will notify you.
Like you, we also take vacations sometimes.
Returns, Withdrawals, and Refunds
Items purchased must be returned within 14 days. The product must be properly protected, in its original packaging, user instructions, and documentation. The customer bears all return and exchange shipping costs, as well as any PayPal payment fees.
The procedure is as follows:

Items must be returned in perfect condition.
Ensure all products are exactly as received, with tags and seals still attached.
The customer returns the goods at their own expense to the following address:

The seller will check the product and approve or deny the refund, ensuring the product has been returned in a condition suitable for resale, as provided by the right of withdrawal. If the goods meet the return requirements, they may be refunded. If they do not meet the return requirements, the items will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
Warranty
The legal provisions regarding the warranty apply.
If a product sold by Elindra is defective or arrives damaged, the customer may request a refund or receive the same product in exchange by returning the defective or damaged product within 7 days of receipt. To do so, the customer must email info@elindra.ch and return the product to Elindra. In the case of returns or exchanges under warranty, Elindra covers the return and exchange shipping costs.
Availability or Unavailability
Errors or changes may occasionally occur, particularly in the case of simultaneous orders for the same product by multiple customers. In the event a product is unavailable after placing an order, we will inform you by email or phone as soon as possible, offering either the option to order another product from the site or cancel your order.
The seller is committed to fulfilling orders received on the website only within the limits of available stock. Occasionally, a product marked as available may be unavailable after the order is finalized.
The seller reserves the right to modify the product range. Some offers may have a limited validity period, which will be indicated for each product or product range.
Applicable Law
These general terms and conditions of sale, as well as any sale to which they apply, are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these general terms and conditions of sale or any sale to which they apply will be governed by Swiss law, whether the dispute is contractual or tortious or based on another cause. An amicable solution must be sought before initiating legal proceedings.
