Laksmi
I painted Lakshmi at a moment when I really needed her. Life was full, busy, messy in all the usual ways, and abundance… well, it didn’t always feel obvious. And then, she just came into my life, naturally, right when I needed it, without me even asking.
While I was painting, it felt as if time had slowed down. Worries, thoughts about the past or the future, they all faded away. All that remained was her presence, gentle, radiant, and steady.
To me, Lakshmi is not just about material abundance, but about a sense of fullness in life: generosity, grace, love and the courage to embrace both light and shadow. She shows that giving and receiving are part of the same flow, and that strength comes when we open ourselves to life.
With this painting, I wanted to capture that exact moment when she came to me, when guidance arrives exactly when you need it, and abundance stops being a distant idea and becomes a living, tangible energy you can feel.

Goddess Laksmi:
Lakshmi, the Hindu goddess of abundance, prosperity, and good fortune, embodies the power of the sacred feminine. A symbol of protection and resilience, she is often invoked to help navigate challenges, restore inner strength, and bring harmony. She represents transformation, unconditional love, and deep intuition.
This painting seeks to convey her comforting energy, to inspire those searching for balance, and to awaken their creative potential.
